- Actively involved at Redeemer Church in Tomball
Family
I’ve been married to wife, Susanne, since 2007. We have 8 kids ages 16 and down who keep us very busy but we are thankful for it. I grew up in this area and other than 5 years after college where I lived and worked in Maryland, I have always lived in this area. Kids are active in soccer and student ministry activities.
Why I Love My Job
I’m passionate about building trusted relationships with my clients. Very focused on learning their needs and finding the solutions that are best for them – even if it is a solution that I cannot provide myself. Long term relationships are much more valuable to me than trying to make a sale. I think our business has been successful because of the trust level and our dedication to servicing our clients. I’m also a nerd. I enjoy numbers, details, spreadsheets, graphs, finding ways to continually improve our processes, making things more efficient, and making our services better for our clients.
